The Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation will pack the Renfrew Golf Club on Friday, June 9th.
Executive Director Patti Dillabough says team registration is full for the 25th anniversary of the RVH Golf Classic.
A full day of golf getting underway with a shotgun start at 11:30am will be followed up with a pair of draws that you can still take part in even if you can’t make it onto the course.
The Foundation received a 10′ x 12′ gazebo to raffle off courtesy of Ken & Stephanie from the Renfrew Protyre. Tickets are on sale for $10 each and are available through the RVH Foundation’s website, as well as through their office, Gourley’s Outdoors, Renfrew Printing, and Protyre.
The other draw will have guests craning their heads way up into the sky for a Golf Ball Drop above the 18th green.
Dillabough thanks Chad Murray, the new owner of the Canadian Tire in Renfrew, for coming on board to sponsor the Golf Ball Drop, which she says will be a little bit different than what they’re used to putting on.
While the day is sold out for golfers, that doesn’t mean you can drop by afterwards to help the hospital raise funds to buy much needed equipment.
Dillabough adds that there are still spaces for companies to help the cause with a hole sponsorship, and the best way to get started is to get in touch with the RVH Foundation’s office.
