Renfrew County Public Works are diverting all traffic around a flooded road in the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch, and Raglan.
They’ve let myFM know that Rockingham Creek has spilt over onto a portion of John Watson Road.
Local traffic will be allowed onto parts of the road at either end of it, near Rockingham Road and Opeongo Road, but all traffic is being told to avoid the middle portion near Silas Lane.
As of the afternoon of Friday, April 14th, the County has yet to say when the road will be reopened.
In the meantime, they suggest going around the flooded area on County Road 68 along Rockingham and Letterkenny Road, or by using County Road 66 along Opeongo Road.
