The Renfrew and Area Chamber of Commerce is bringing back it’s Mayors’ Breakfast.
Community members and local businesses are invited to the Ma-te-Way Centre on Tuesday, April 25th stating at 7:30 in the morning to enjoy a catered meal, network, and speak with the four mayors who are part of the Chamber.
Renfrew Mayor Tom Sidney says he’s excited for the event to return.
He adds that it’s also a step in the right direction when it comes to bringing a level of transparency to the work being done within our local Town Council, adding that he’s always willing to hear from the community.
Tickets for the breakfast go on sale soon, as Sidney notes that they’re hoping to see a lot of businesses and people who are not Chamber members join them to share strategies for success and learn along side them with keynote speaker Jennifer Stewart.
Originally from the Ottawa Valley, Stewart has become accomplished leader in Canadian business, government, and public affairs. She’s been named as one of the “Top 25 People in the Capital” twice by Ottawa Life Magazine among other awards.
The Chamber says that more information on when and where to get tickets for the event are coming soon.
