As per the notice of termination provided by the Township of McNab/Braeside, the current Joint Use Recreation Agreement with Arnprior will come to an end June 30th of this year.
Effective July 1st, non-resident user fees will apply for McNab/Braeside residents wishing to access all programs and registrations in Arnprior.
A separate user fee structure will be developed and implemented for user groups where a large component of their participant base are non-residents.
The move was decided upon by Arnprior Council during an in-camera session following Monday’s municipal meeting.
Mayor Lisa McGee thanks neighbours in McNab/Braeside for their contributions and wishes the Township success in the continued growth of their recreation programs and services.
