Home sales across Renfrew County and the City of Pembroke have dropped significantly from January of 2022 to January of 2023.
Overall there was a 48.1 percent reduction in the number of homes sold from 104 in January of 2022 to 54 in January of 2023.
The average cost of a home also dropped 14.2 percent from $490,657 to $421,111.
While the number of units selling has dropped, the number of active listing has increased from 133 percent year-over-year.
