The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP says a section of Highway 17 is currently closed due to a collision.
The OPP says they’re currently on the scene along Highway 17 at Eldon Road.
The highway is currently closed between Turcotte Road and Mountain Road.
Drivers are being directed to Snake River Line around the closed highway.
The OPP says the highway is expected to be closed for several hours.
There is a freezing rain warning across the Ottawa Valley with significant ice build up expected this afternoon into tonight.
