Hydro-Quebec has released details for residents in the Isle-aux-Allumettes, Chichester, Sheenboro area who have been suffering from rolling power outages since Saturday. Due to a problem at the Waltham Generating Station, Hydro-Quebec is asking residents to reduce their electricity consumption as much as possible and to heat only one room and isolate it. Until the Waltham generating station is restored, which will happen at some point today according to the service provider, it will only be able to restore power on an alternating basis.
