The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is investigating a death in the Township of Admaston/Bromley.
Police officers and firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Breen Line on January 15th shortly after 5:00pm and one person was found dead inside the vehicle.
While the cause of death cannot be confirmed, investigators believe there is no imminent threat to public safety.
The investigation is in the early stages and the OPP says no further details can be released at this time.
The OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, OPP Forensic Identification Services, the Regional Support Team, Office of the Fire Marshal, Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service are assisting with the investigation.
