Killaloe OPP have handed down some hefty charges after a collision just outside of Madawaska Valley. Back on November 30th just after 8am, officers responded to a single vehicle crash on Nipissing Road. Police located the passenger car in the ditch. As a result of an investigation, a 28-year-old from Welland has been charged with failing to report a collision and operating a vehicle with no insurance.
