There’s a holiday themed Taste of the Valley event planned in Laurentian Valley. David Wybou, the Business Development Officer with the County of Renfrew, says it’s an opportunity to support local and start or finish your holiday shopping all in one place.
The Holiday themed taste of the Valley event is coming up on November 26th from 10:00am to 5:00pm at the Shady Nook Rec Centre. Vendor registration was sold-out quickly and there will be a wide range of products available.
Wybou says many of the artisans, crafters and vendors in Renfrew County lost income over the last two years during the COVID-19 pandemic and adds this is a way for them to start earning a living again.
