It’s a sweet treat for Small Business Week as we highlight J&J’s Chocolate Sensations.
Owner Judy Haist says that the downtown Renfrew business has been hard at work making quality confections using Belgian chocolate since 2008.
J&J Chocolates offers everything from your traditional chocolate box favourites to chocolate bark, their homemade take on Turtles, and most recently selling their soft caramel on its own.
Things are getting festive at J&J Chocolate Sensations, too. While Halloween is right around the corner, Haist tells myFM that they’re already focusing on Christmas.
She says they have to if want to meet their seasonal demand.
You’re always welcome to stop by their storefront in downtown Renfrew, but they’ve grown to the point where shops across the Ottawa Valley carry their confections.
Haist does note that they plan to start shipping treats directly to customers sometime next year.
