The tears of the nation are streaming around the Commonwealth as Queen Elizabeth II has died at the age of 96.
General Manager with My Broadcasting Corporation David McAllan, who is from Scotland, says for most, she’s the only Monarch they’ve known.
Canadian Governor General Mary Simon offered her “deepest condolences” to the Royal Family in a statement on Twitter following the Queen’s death, saying Canadians across the country will mourn her loss.
