The Renfrew County Child Poverty Action Network (CPAN) needs assistance with its annual Tools for School Program.
Coordinator Lyn Smith says already more than 320 families across the County have signed up for the initiative, which allows students do their own shopping for supplies for the coming school year.
Smith says it’s not difficult to sign up.
It’s a massive undertaking, even with a small staff; problem is, Lyn Smith is the ONLY staffer- and help is needed to distribute the Tools for School vouchers across the County- eliminating the need for a trek to the Pembroke office.
You can reach Lyn at renfrewcountycpan.ca to express your interest.
