myFM has learned of what appears to be a minor accident involving a vehicle and an electric mobility chair that has reportedly closed down the intersection of Patrick Avenue and Lochiel Street South.
Police had closed off a portion of the road while they investigated the incident. At the time of reporting, it is believed that police cars are still blocking the road as the scene is being cleaned up. We have yet to receive any reports of injuries in relation to the accident.
myFM has reached out the Renfrew Detachment of the OPP for more information, and will provide updates as the become available.
UPDATE: The intersection has been cleared and reopened.
