The Calabogie Peaks Hotel is would like to ‘axe’ you if you’re interested in a fun outdoors event this summer.
The hotel is teaming up LumberJaxe Ottawa to bring a weekend axe throwing experience to the Ottawa Valley starting this Saturday, April 23 through to June 12.
Jennifer Larocque is the media relations liaison for the Hotel. As she explains to myFM, the idea for the experience came from the Hotel’s front desk supervisor.
Larocque tells myFM there are four different experience packages available depending on how many people you’re bringing in.
On top of that, Larocque also let us know that they’re leaving a few spots open this Saturday for those attending the Calabogie 500 snowmobile race on the hill to try axe throwing out.
