There’s a pancake breakfast to support Ukraine taking place in Chapeau, Quebec, this weekend. Event organizer and manager at L’Ancienne Banque Kaleigh Hall says donations will go to support Aman Lara supporting those affected by the situation in Ukraine. Hall tells myFM a family member recently went overseas to help children coming back to Canada.
Hall says she couldn’t imagine what these families are going through and are happy to help in any way possible.
The pancake breakfast will be from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Sunday, April 24th at L’Ancienne Banque located at 76 Rue Saint Jacques in Chapeau. She says reservations are recommended.
The cost is $10 per person and you can call 819-689-2265 to make a reservation or for more information. If you can’t make it out, donations online to Aman Lara to support people in Ukraine are strongly encouraged.
