It’s time for the CCHL Playoffs, and the Renfrew Wolves have drawn the Kemptville 73’s as their first round opponent.
The Wolves finished 2nd in the Robinson Division, 9 points ahead of the 73’s who finished 3rd.
Wolves head coach Ryan Leonard says his team heads in the first round with momentum after a torrid finish to the season.
Leonard calls the match-up with Kemptville a close one between two teams that play similar styles of hockey.
Leonard also let myFM know that neither team is shy about getting rough with the other.
Game one gets under way tonight at the MAC. The puck drops at 7:30.
