Ontario’s Amateur Wrestling Championships are coming up in Orillia, and the local wrestling club asking for your help to go.
Norm Bujold, the Community Representative for the club, tells myFM they’re having a bottle drive in Renfrew on April 9th to raise funds.
Bujold adds they’ll be knocking on as many doors as possible.
It’s been a long lay-off for the young amateur wrestlers, and Bujold says they are eager to get back to wrestling and to the Provincial Finals.
As well as handing over your empty cans and bottles to the team as they make the rounds on April 9th, you can also drop off your your empty bottles and cans at Barnet Storage on Barnet Boulevard on the same day
