
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit have arrested three people in connection to multiple storage unit break-ins in Renfrew.
Police executed a search warrant at a residence on Airth Boulevard in the Town of Renfrew on Friday March 4.
They recovered several items stolen from the multiple storage units and charged the following persons:
• Tyler MILLS, 26 years old of Renfrew, was charged with six counts of break and enter, five counts of theft under $5000, three counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and mischief under $5000. The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on April 20, 2022.
• Devon KINGSBURY, 27 years old of Renfrew, was charged with three counts of fail to comply, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, theft of motor vehicle and break and enter. The accused was released on a Justice of the Peace Order and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on April 12, 2022.
• Caylah LULOFF, 33 years old of Algonquin’s of Pikwakanagan Ontario First Nation, was charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5000. The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on April 6, 2022.
The investigation remains on-going.
