A tight-checking game helped the Renfrew Wolves build a 2-0 over the Colts in the second period, however, a surge by Cornwall helped the Colts tame the Wolves 3-2 last night. Noah Vom Scheidt and Elvis Slack put the Wolves up by two, however, the Colts were able to score three unanswered to seal the win. Will Craig had another busy night between the pipes, facing 41 shots in the loss. Renfrew had a pair of chances on the power play but came short. The Wolves are still in third place in the Robinson Division of the CCHL, four points behind the Pembroke Lumber Kings. Renfrew gets a day off today before hosting the Brockville Braves at the MAC tomorrow night. The game time is 7:30.
