The Ottawa Valley Tourism Awards are coming up later this Spring, and the OVTA is accepting nominations for the Marilyn Alexander Tourism Champion Award, Business of Distinction Award and Special Event of the Year Award.
Meghan James, Co-Chair of the Ottawa Valley Tourism Awards believes the challenges of the pandemic have enhanced the significance the recognition bestows.
OVTA members can self-nominate or nominate other member businesses and individuals.
A jury of two members of the OVTA Board and a representative chosen by the Warden of Renfrew County will review all nominations and select the winners. who will be announced at the OVTA’s Annual General Meeting in late April.
Nominations will be accepted until April 1st.
