There’s a number of activities planned in Renfrew for Family Day.
Monday, February 21st, 2022, marks Family Day and you’re invited to Ma-te-Way Park in Renfrew.
From noon to 4:00pm there will be an inflatable obstacle course, wrecking ball and axe toss.
Also starting at noon will be a bonfire with marshmallows and hot chocolate.
At 2:00pm the Renfrew Wolves take on the Pembroke Lumber Kings (tickets for the game are required).
Public skating with the Renfrew Wolves is also scheduled at Ma-te-Way from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, but may be slightly delayed depending on how long the game goes.
Other activities to enjoy all day long at Ma-te-Way for Family Day includes tobogganing, trail walking and depending on the weather outdoor skating on the skating oval.
Environment Canada is calling for mild temperatures on Monday with periods of snow and a high of minus 6.
