Quebec will require people to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 to enter liquor and cannabis stores starting January 18th. Health Minister Christian Dube says the new rules are intended to coerce unvaccinated people to get their first doses. He says Quebec will soon announce more services that will require proof of vaccination.
