It’s called “Modified Step Two of the Roadmap to Reopen,” but thanks to Omicron, it’s actually running in reverse.
For Arnprior, essential services including administration, building and planning, garbage/recycling collection, landfill, fire response, water/sewer, and winter road maintenance continue to operate.
As many staff will be working remotely you should contact them by phone or email. Pay your bills online, use preauthorized payments or the after-hours drop-box.
As of today (January 5th), the Nick Smith Centre and the Arnprior and District Museum are closed and program registration will be delayed.
The Arnprior Public Library will remain open at 50% capacity, and patrons are asked to limit the length of their visits.
The library will also continue to offer curbside service for pickups and printing, but everything else the library does is virtual.
Outdoor rinks are being flooded. Stay off while this happens, and when they are ready for use, conform to the guidelines posted.
