The Town of Renfrew is shutting down some community services as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The town says they will be cancelling Frew Fest this year (2022) and winter programming is being suspended.
Starting Wednesday (January 5th, 2022), Ma-te-Way Activity Centre will also be closed and reopen no earlier than January 26th.
The Renfrew Public Library is also limited to 50% capacity.
Town staff are also not limiting any new outdoor fire burning permits will be processed during January.
Essential town services in Renfrew such as garbage and recycling pick-up, winter road maintenance and other administration/financial services will not be impacted.
