The Retired Teachers of Ontario has given out nearly $80,000 and some Ottawa Valley municipalities are benefitting.
$2,500 went to the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation and the Arnprior and McNab/Braeside Men’s Shed on a memory box project for the Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior.
Grants went to projects ranging from social isolation to environmental protection.
