Back on Thursday November 18th a Renfrew OPP officer was conducting traffic enforcement in the Town of Renfrew (at about 1130 that morning).
The officer was about to initiate a traffic stop when the suspect accelerated at high speed and pulled into a residence on Raglan Street South.
The vehicle struck the property’s retaining wall, and a suspect ran inside the residence.
After a police investigation 34 year-old Darryl Spicer of Renfrew was arrested and charged with theft of motor vehicle, dangerous operation, flight from peace officer, operation while prohibited and mischief.
The accused was held over for a bail hearing which occurred via video link on Wednesday November 24th.Police chase
