Hydro One customers will no longer have to wrestle with busy phone lines in the event of power outages.
Spokesperson, Alicia Sayers says customers can text W-A-T-T-S to 92887 to report a power outage.
Additionally, customers will also be able to receive outage alerts by email, and can continue using outage maps and the Hydro One mobile app.
