The agriculture trade spans back a few generations in Katie Stewart’s family.
The 19-year-old from Admaston-Bromley hopes to continue her family’s beef farm and is currently juggling school with farmwork.
Throughout the years, Katie credits her patience to the discipline she’s developed farming and admits it’s a tough job, with irregular hours.
However, being one of the few women among local farmers, Katie believes she’s paving the way for a diversity of agricultural practices in the generations to come.
