The Town of Arnprior is running a virtual Pumpkin Carving Contest, and they’ll even sell you the gourd to get you going.
The municipality has a supply of fifty pumpkins that weigh between twelve and fifteen pounds and were provided by Needham’s Garden Market.
Purchase your pumpkin for three dollars, using your Town of Arnprior account, then pick it up at the Nick Smith Centre and take it home to carve or decorate.
When you’re done, send in a picture of your completed creations to recreation@arnprior.ca
The Town will post it, and prizes will be awarded for the top 3 voted on entries.
Entries must be submitted on, or before Friday, October 22nd at noon.
