The Ontario government has announced it is providing Arnprior Regional Health (ARH) with $2,309,400 in one-time funding to improve the organization’s working capital position.
Across the Province the Ontario government is providing up to $696.6 million this year to help cover historic working funds deficits- with a focus on small and medium hospitals.
The initiative will provide relief from financial exacerbated by COVID-19.
The funding will help to ensure the continued high standard of care and service the community expects and deserves,’’ according to Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke MPP John Yakabuski.
