Someone tipped Killaloe OPP about an unsafely stored firearm at a business in Brudenell, Lyndoch, and Raglan Township.
When police arrived to investigate Saturday (August 14th) that’s not all they found.
OPP indicate that police have arrested and charged 53 year old Murray GALLAGHER with the following Criminal Code offences:
Nine counts of Careless Storage of a Firearm; one count of Transporting a Firearm in a Careless Manner; one count of Unauthorized Possession of a Restricted Firearm, and one count of Carrying a Concealed Weapon
The accused was released on conditions, and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, October 13th, at the Ontario Court of Justice, Killaloe.
