Killaloe OPP report that last Wednesday a domestic disturbance in Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards resulted in a 40 year-old Township resident being charged with domestic assault.
Police say the accused was released on conditions, and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, September 8th at the Ontario Court of Justice, in Killaloe.
The name of the accused has been withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
