The Beachburg Fair returns this weekend (July 23rd, 24th and 25th, 2021).
Fair President Dave Mackay says they started planning about 3-weeks ago when they found out it would be possible to host the event this year.
Mackay says they have everything you would expect from a fair, except the midway this year.
The Beachburg Fair President hopes they can bring everything back next year.
Mackay says they have activities for the kids, beef shows, horse draws, car shows, antique tractor shows, local vendors and a big BBQ chicken supper with 370 plates already sold in advance.
There’s also an opportunity to WRECK COVID’s car. You can beat it, smash it and take your frustrations out on the car donated by the Behm Team.
Mackay says they will be following all COVID-19 safety guidelines and adds staff with the Renfrew County and District Health Unit will have a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Beachburg Fair.
There’s no cost to attend the Beachburg Fair this year, but donations are accepted if you can afford it.
