A collision at O’Brien Road and Highway 17 outside of Renfrew is causing “chaos” on the roads according to a local driver. Roughly half a dozen OPP cruisers are on site. More details will be released as they become available. Single lane closures on Highway 17 at the Bonnechere River Bridge is due to an engineering investigation.
