The real estate market continues to boom in Renfrew County and the City of Pembroke.
As part of the County of Renfrew Development and Property committee meeting last week (June 15th, 2021), a snapshot of residential and condo sales was provided.
The average sale price has climbed almost $110,000 from 2020, an increase of 37.3%.
More and more houses are also on the market, reflecting a 108% increase in the number of units sold (from 425 units sold in 2020 to 887 units sold in 2021).

- Greater Madawaska – increase of about $244,000 (93.6%),
- Eganville/Bonnechere Valley- increase of about $170,000 (84.5%),
- Westmeath – increase of about $240,000 (119.5%),
- Cobden – increase of about $220,000 (148.8%),
- Beachburg – increase of about $130,000 (44.2%),
- Deep River – increase of about $80,000 (41%),
- Chalk River – increase of about $90,000 (50.5%),
- Admaston/Bromley – increase of about $210,000 (117.2%)
- Horton – increase of about $244,000 (63%)
- McNab/Braeside – increase of about $170,000 (38.9%),
