No new COVID-19 cases in Renfrew County and District today (Friday, June 18th, 2021).
The detailed case summary released yesterday afternoon from the Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) shows two local residents are currently in the hospital, including one in the intensive care unit.
The other six active cases in the region are isolating at home after testing positive for the virus.
In Ontario today, there are 345 new cases of COVID-19 and one death linked to the virus.
More than 210,000 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine were administered since yesterday’s report in the province, for upwards of 12.1 million doses to date.
