On Monday the Outaouais Region’s COVID threat level moves to the lower “Yellow” (pre-warning) designation.
The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) says a decreasing trend in the number of cases, hospitalizations and outbreaks allows restrictions to ease.
For example, in restaurants, occupants of two residences can now share a table or gather in a private dwelling.
A full list of the new requirements can be found by following the links posted at quebec.ca.
The CISSS says it’s important not to ease up on vigilance, including wearing a mask, washing your hands and keeping a distance of 2 metres from others.
As the Outaouais has a stated goal of reaching or exceeding the 75% vaccination level in order to contain COVID, please book a vaccination if you have not already done so.
Shots are offered at both designated sites and mobile clinics.
