Fiscal efficiency is driving a change to the Recreation Agreement between Admaston-Bromley and the Town of Renfrew.
The Township’s Community Services Committee recommended to Admaston-Bromley Council that, instead of an annual revision to the pact, the two municipalities enter into a multi-year deal.
This was effected at the June 3rd Admaston-Bromley Council Meeting, with Town of Renfrew Recreation Director Kevin Hill in attendance to answer questions arising.
There will be an annual fee increase in the neighbourhood of 1700 dollars per calendar year.
The deal will be retroactive to January 1st of 2019 and end December 31st, 2023.
