The OPP has responded to two fatal collisions in McNab/Braeside. Police say on Thursday night (May 27th, 2021) around 7:15pm, officers responded to a single vehicle ATV collision on Scheel Drive. An 80-year-old male from Braeside was transported to the Arnprior District Hospital where he was pronounced dead. A 59-year-old female also suffered minor injuries.
Police also say a 15-year-old male was hospitalized after a dirt bike collision on May 25th, 2021, near Usborne Street. A go-fund-me page has been set for the teenager who died from his injuries yesterday (May 27th, 2021).
The OPP says alcohol was not a factor in either collision.
