The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is reporting five new COVID-19 infections today (May 26th, 2021).
The detailed case summary released yesterday afternoon shows five local residents who tested positive for COVID-19 are currently in the hospital with another two people in the intensive care unit (ICU).
With 697 confirmed cases, 663 people who have recovered and eight deaths linked to COVID-19, that leaves 26 active cases in the region.
