The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is investigating a serious collision that has claimed the life of a 47-year-old from Pembroke.
Just before 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 15th, UOV officers and Renfrew County paramedics responded to a report of a vehicle laying on its side just before Doran Road off of Highway 17.
The OPP says the male driver was the only occupant in the vehicle, adding that he succumbed to his injuries shortly after being taken to the hospital.
Police say the identification of the driver will not be released at this time.
