The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is confirming a COVID-19 outbreak at a private home day care in Arnprior.
There are 2 individuals that have received a positive laboratory-confirmed case of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) and there could potentially be more cases to come.
The day care is closed until further notice.
RCDHU staff is actively investigating the cases and all high-risk contacts have been notified that they have recently been exposed to COVID-19 and have been given the appropriate advice on mandatory self-isolation.
