As announcements go, receiving a 67 hundred dollar grant for Fire Safety Training is good news.
Chief Jeff Crawford advised elected representatives Monday (April 26th) that Arnprior has received per capita funding from officials at Queen’s Park.
The Chief says there’s a particular program tailor-made for COVID times, and he’d like his crew to participate in an online training program.

The appearance may have been the Chief’s last before the elected body.
Jeff Crawford has served the community in capacity of Fire Chief since June of 2017, and will retire at the end of May.
