Arnprior Mayor Walter Stack has issued a carefully crafted apology in efforts to comply with a motion of Town Council.
A review of the proceedings of the meeting is ambiguous as to whether Council’s request for an apology is specific to the I-C report- which was not accepted by elected representatives, or to the wider situation.
The minutes of the March 22nd meeting will be approved by Council on April 12th.
