The Renfrew OPP has laid a number of charges after responding to a family dispute.
Police say on March 3rd around 12:45 pm, officers were called to a residence on Highway 17 in Whitewater Region.
Officers charged 60-year-old Timothy Hubert with assaulting police, assault, two counts of careless storage of a firearm, two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm and two counts of failure to comply with an undertaking.
The accused was held for a bail hearing and remained in custody with a video bail hearing that took place on Monday (March 8th, 2021).
