The Killaloe OPP has laid assault with a weapon charges against a 77-year-old from Madawaska Valley.
Police say on Saturday (February 20th, 2021), officers were called to a domestic dispute at a residence in the Township of Madawaska Valley.
The accused was released on conditions, and is scheduled to appear in court in Killaloe on April 14th, 2021.
The name of the accused has been withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
