An Arnprior landmark has changed hands.
Ownership of the Kenwood Corporate Centre has passed to a joint-venture entity that includes Heafey Group, a real estate investment firm based in Gatineau, and the owners of Bar None Designs, a tenant within the Kenwood Centre.
Previous owner Mark Nibourg had spent twenty-two years at the helm.
Mark will remain in the interim to assist the transition to the new ownership.
During his tenure, Nibourg came to know a lot about the property at the corner of William and Edward Streets.
Nibourg anticipates the transition will be a smooth one.
Details were finalized on Monday, and Nibourg awaits new, and as yet unknown opportunities.
