Town of Arnprior administration is still working on compiling its list of resources for Anti-Racism education and sensitivity training that councillors have committed to undertake.
Chief Administrative Officer Robin Paquette tells myFM the list is a living document, and the task is still not completed.
Paquette says County Councillor Dan Lynch, who is a delegate to the Rural Ontario Municipal Association’s virtual conference, attended a ROMA-sponsored workshop on the topic Tuesday.
The Arnprior CAO acknowledges the pamphlet, “My Opinion”, circulated to residents by Mayor Stack on the issue this week, but says the piece is not officially connected with the Town.
There had been some suggestion the municipality covered the cost of the mail-out, but this is not the case.
