The Ontario Health Coalition (OHC) continues to push for better treatment of the Province’s seniors who reside in long-term care settings.
The OHC disputes Premier Ford’s assessment that everything is “hunky-dory.”
The coalition says that across the province, in outbreak or not, many long-term care homes have dangerously low levels of staff and care.
Ontario has now surpassed the total number of long-term care residents and staff infected in the first wave and the daily number of active cases continues to climb.
Four speakers, backed by 100 organizations, will share their concerns via Zoom Press Conference, Friday morning, beginning at 10:00 AM.
